The Puhoi Organic Distillery in New Zealand uses a selection of botanicals including angelica, cinnamon, coriander, grapefruit, juniper, lemon, lemon myrtle, and manuka flower, as well as the POWER OF THE SUN. Which is to say it's distilled in very small batches using entirely solar energy.
