Jin Ceiriog Welsh Spring Honey Gin
Produced with an array of botanicals from around the Ceiriog Valley in North Wales, Welsh Spring Honey Gin is gloriously floral – just like a spring meadow! Local honey and juniper are joined by dandelion, rosebay willowherb, bellheather, and gorse, amongst even more local flora. Enjoy this with tonic, or a nice elderflower cordial if you fancy something extra floral.
