Jim and Tonic Roobee Rhubarb Gin 70cl

This tremendous pink gin is produced in the heart of London at the sustainable Jim and Tonic distillery. Including freshly cut rhubarb and local London honey, the folks at Jim and Tonic have come up with a beautifully refreshing gin here, and they used these ingredients to inspire the name too – Roo for rhubarb and bee for, well, honey bees, but the bees themselves do not go into the gin.
