Jim and Tonic Roobee Rhubarb Gin
This tremendous pink gin is produced in the heart of London at the sustainable Jim and Tonic distillery. Including freshly cut rhubarb and local London honey, the folks at Jim and Tonic have come up with a beautifully refreshing gin here, and they used these ingredients to inspire the name too – Roo for rhubarb and bee for, well, honey bees, but the bees themselves do not go into the gin. Just to be clear.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Tangy rhubarb with fruity sweet and tart notes, juniper, a touch of spice. Sweet, but not overpowering floral honey lingers beneath.
