From the Jim and Tonic sustainable urban distillery in central London comes Mercato Mediterranean Gin. Named Mercato after the market where the distillery is based, this gin combines an array of botanicals such as rosemary, thyme, citrus, and basil – some of which are grown on the distillery's hydroponic wall in the market! With a refreshing Mediterranean profile, it makes a smashing G&T and goes great with bitter lemon too.
