Gorse is great, particularly in gin. It offers a light, floral sweetness to the palate, pairing excellent with other familiar gin botanicals. As such, the folks behind Nerabus Gin on Islay decided make a gin with plenty of gorse in it, and call it Nerabus Gorse Gin – which makes sense as far as names go. Made with gorse harvested on Islay, it's a delicious tipple that works great for spring-themed G&Ts.
