Description

Hoxton Tropical Gin has some unusual star botanicals. Coconut and grapefruit are accompanied by ginger, tarragon and orris. Inspired by the great east end of London. This one will certainly be hard to miss on the back of any bar.

Great Neat

Great layers of flavour, possibly not enough juniper. I liked this neat to really savour the layers of flavour. With a basic tonic it seemed to get lost.

Not really a gin

This wasn’t gin to me. Over flavoured and rather medicinal. With standard tonic I found it rather unpleasant.

Hoxton less coconut

This was my favourite gin but since the coconut has been dialled down it isn’t as nice. Such a shame not sure why they have done this. Brockmans now my favourite sorry Hoxton
