A tremendous addition to Hernö's Sipping Gin series! This expression spent 60 days resting in casks originally used for maturing Sauternes wine, then adopted by specialists in making Swedish dessert wine style ice cider Brännland Iscider, before finally being passed on to the gang at Hernö. As you can tell from the name – no mixer required here, it's intended for sipping, so you can enjoy all the wonderful intricacies of the cask finish. A total of 1,450 bottles were produced for this 2021 release.
