Henstone Strawberry & Pink Peppercorn Gin
A springtime gin from Henstone, made using its London Dry gin as a base in which it steeped fresh strawberries and bashed-up pink peppercorns. The whole thing was bottled at 40% ABV without any additional colours or flavourings and is best served with ice, tonic, and a strawberry garnish.
