All the way from North Shropshire comes Henstone Gin, which features a botanical selection including juniper, angels wreath, cardamom, coriander and citrus. You'll be wanting to serve this one in a classic G&T with a good whack of fresh orange for garnish.
Floral and subtly vanilla-forward, with bright citrus and peppery juniper for balance.
One of my favourite gins, if not my favourite and I have an extensive collection. Has been for sometime too. Very full of flavour. On the aniseed side but not overpowering at all. Won The Gin Guide award last year.
