It shouldn't come as a huge surprise that Hastings 1066 Gin was inspired by the sea! The botanical list is fairly traditional, including sweet lemon, orange citrus, liquorice root and gooseberry in there as well. And if you don't get the 1066 reference, we'll give you a hint. It's got something to do with a battle... Somewhere...
My partner and I discovered this gin at an agricultural show and it is now our absolute favourite. The flavour is very distinctive, sharp, citrusy and deliciously refreshing.
