Harley House Sussex Blue Gin
A brilliantly blue gin from the Harley House Distillery in Seaford, which magically changes colour when you add tonic! Well, technically it's not magic, it's science, but sometimes cool science is indistinguishable from magic. Anyway, this gin is made with the butterfly pea flower, which is what changes the colour of the spirit when mixed with tonic. Snazzy!
