A cracking coastal gin from Gyre & Gimble, featuring a helping of samphire as one of its most distinctive botanicals. Alongside the savoury plant, the team has also used dulse seaweed, grapefruit, lavender, and more. There's a definite maritime feel to this expression, with grapefruit zestiness and peppery wafts keeping it balanced.
Savoury breeze and a touch of vegetal seaweed, juxtaposed by a tangy kick of citrus and spicy juniper.
I was lucky enough to taste this delicious gin on a visit to Norwich. I think it really is something special. I brought one bottle home with me but it didn't last long. So pleased to be able to buy it from Master of Malt. I'll never need to run out again.
One of the best coastal gins i've ever had.
This is an amazing gin with so much flavour. It's savoury, floral, citrusy and slightly spicy, the addition of the seawater gives it such a unique flavour. Quickly become a new favourite of mine and I'll definitely be ordering another bottle.
