Gorilla Spirits has crafted its very own Silverback V.S.O.G.! What does that stand for, you ask? It's a Very Special Oaked Gin, as it has been rested in sherry casks. Cask-aged gins are excellent for adding a juniper twist onto classic cocktails that use more traditional aged spirits, and this one is no different, though a good ol' Negroni is a sure fire winner too!
Touches of cinnamon and chocolate, with notes of cigar box, oily juniper and jammy fruit in tow.
