Glendalough Spring Gin Bottling Note
It's the Spring edition of Glendalough's seasonally focussed gin! With a difference expression for each of the four seasons, using different foraged botanicals to evoke the personality of said season. As such, the Spring Botanical Gin is light, refreshing and just perfect on a warm evening served over ice or with tonic.
It's made with foraged gorse flower, sweet woodruff, wood sorrel, beech leaves, blackberry leaves, blackcurrant leave, dandelion flower, sweet cicely, cleavers, watermint, birch sap and Scots pine as well as juniper, coriander seeds, angelica Root, orris root, orange, lemon, liquorice root and Ceylon cinnamon.

Sweet juniper and liquorice as it opens, developing notes of fresh mint leaf and white flowers.
