Bottling the very essence of County Wicklow, the expression of Glendalough Gin was made in partnership with Irish chef, Clodagh McKenna! Literally, McKenna went all over the Wicklow coast, forests and mountainside foraging botanicals. The wild botanicals were distilled on the same day they were foraged, and the result is a floral, spicy gin with a true sense of place.
