Gin Eva Old Tom
A terrific Old Tom gin from Gin Eva! This is made with the original recipe Gin Eva (fantastic stuff, by the way) which has enjoyed a good slumber in casks that previously held Mallorcan red wine. Get out your cocktail kit and make a Martinez with this and you'll have done very well indeed.
