A terrific Old Tom gin from Gin Eva! This is made with the original recipe Gin Eva (fantastic stuff, by the way) which has enjoyed a good slumber in casks that previously held Mallorcan red wine. Get out your cocktail kit and make a Martinez with this and you'll have done very well indeed.

Absolutely Amazing. Tastes like liqueur and doesn't need any thing added to it. In the realms of cointreau or Grand Marnier. I got a citrussy taste.
