Description

This variation of Gin Eva from Mallorca features a rather special ingredient - olive. Specifically La Mallorquina olives, which are only found on the island. Pomace from this olive is steeped in alcohol for a few weeks, then distilled and blended with a juniper distillate and a touch of coriander. The dream gin for a Martini? perhaps, perhaps...

Enjoyably savoury and subtly coastal, with just enough juniper intensity and vegetal coriander to keep the olive from becoming overpowering.

My new favourite!

A fantastic, subtle gin. Tried it with a sprig of rosemary and a mediteranian tonic, absolutely delicious. If you're a lover of mediteranian style gins, then you must try this! It also works really, really well in a martini. Can't see this bottle lasting long!!!

Love this Gin.

Love this gin. First had it at Clandestino Bar in Palma de Mallorca, then spent the rest of our 7 days trying to acquire it at liquor stores. Had success finding it and had to buy a new suitcase to bring the 3 bottles home to USA. Now what am I to do when I run out? The distillery in Lluc Major will only ship to UK and EU, so I will have to figure out the last step with US ingenuity or traveling friends. This EVA makes an awesome martini with a splash of Noilly-Prat, but no olive brine needed.

A true favourite

One of my favourite gin Eva gins.. The smell and taste of olives in this Mediterranean gin is just amazing and really smells like heaven. And so smooth and delicate and not to over powering taste of olives
