It's made with polyphenols (molecules that make up tannins in wine) and grape anthocyanins (which contribute to both the texture and colour of red wine). Then, to top it off it's also got a dose of warming pepper and pink grapefruit in there too. It's dry, zesty and gently spiced, so we reckon a Negroni would be an ideal cocktail.
