Fynoderee created this gin in partnership with the RNLI to raise funds and commemorate 200 years since the institution was founded on the distillery's home of the Isle of Man. We think you'll appreciate the touch of sugar kelp in the recipe which adds a coastal, umami note. Pair with Mediterranean Tonic and garnish with either pink grapefruit or strawberries.
