Produced in the Philippines, this edition of Archipelago Gin is made with organic black bamboo cultivated on the family farm, alongside botanicals such as Italian juniper and cardamom. With layers of earthy herbaceous character alongside warming spice and pine oil, it'll work rather well in Martinis and the like.
