HYKE Gin 70cl

Millions of fresh table grapes (the kind that get eaten, not the kind that get turned in to wine) are wasted globally every year. Obviously, that's loads of grapes. So, Foxhole Spirits decided to do something about it and created HYKE Gin, made from a base spirit using surplus table grapes, which was fittingly released on Global Recycling Day. The botanicals used are inspired by the grapes’ African and South American origins, including coriander, myrrh and rooibos. This delicate gin would be fab in a Martini.
