This is a magnificent liqueur. The flavour bursts in your mouth... it's fruity, it's sweet, it's rich, slightly syrupy, and goes down so easily. My partner's father introduced me to this... we spent a Sunday afternoon merrily putting the world to rights. I've bought us a bottle to share on Christmas afternoon. If you're looking for something different, try this... you won't be disappointed.
This is beautiful. It’s sweet, rich. You can taste the fruit and unlike most liqueur gins, the gin too! There is absolutely nothing synthetic about the taste here. Quality, refreshing and the only disadvantage is that the once opened, despite the 70 cl bottle, it’s gone far too quickly!
I have tried various brands of damson and sloe gins and this is beautiful far my absolute favourite! I have it over ice with tonic water and it goes down a treat. I even have my hubby hooked on it now and he is normally a beer drinker.
