A limited edition that only a lucky FEW will get to enjoy, Publican Gin was made in collaboration with the Publican Restaurant in Chicago, not far from FEW's hometown of Evanston, Illinois. This Genever-inspired spirit was made using Pilsner malt, two-row malt and juniper as well as lemon and orange peels, angelica root, coriander and rose hip before being aged for several months.

Very much 'in your face', this one. there's a huge punch from the base spirit - but if you've ever tried the standard 'American' gin - this goes further, and does more. Well worth a try.
