This right here is a Navy Strength variation of Falmouth Black Rock's fabulous Cornish Gin. Featuring a botanical selection including lemon verbena, eucalyptus, and elderberries, this one has been bottled up at 57% ABV, so it'll most certainly stand out in your cocktails and mixed drinks without you having to use quite as much of it. Also, it being a Navy Strength gin is rather apt, considering it takes its name from the black rock which has resided in Falmouth's harbour for many decades.
Punchy juniper with a crackle of peppery pine, followed by cooling eucalyptus and a touch of mint, with citrus and elderberry sweetness lasting.
