From picturesque Royal Deeside in Scotland comes Esker Gin, produced by Steven and Lynne Duthie. This tasty tipple features a selection of botanicals including juniper, pink peppercorn, cassia, heather, rosehip, milk thistle and silver birch sap, among others. To get the silver birch sap, which adds a subtle touch of sweetness to the gin, they tap trees in the Kincardine Estate. Sap - just another thing trees give us that we love (fruit, wood, air, etc.).
Earthy and herbaceous, with a tickle of peppery spice. Layers of bright fruit joined by a creamy sweetness.

Lovely!
Nice refreshing gin.
Lovely gin with some unique botanicals, silver birch bark for example. Really enjoyed learning about it at the Gin71 Scottish Gin Festival.
Really enjoyed my first sample.
