From the Eccentric Gin range in Wales comes Young Tom Gin. This is ingeniously crafted using an IPA wash, vapour infused with its botanicals and naturally sweetened before being barrel-aged for six week to allow the flavours to bloom.

Nose
Soft fennel, vanilla and white pepper notes arrive first.
Palate
Crisp juniper, soon joined by hints of runny honey and caraway.
Finish
Slightly oily, with floral hop bitterness developing.
