Eccentric Limbeck New Western Gin
Made with blue ginger, Seville orange, orris root and tarragon, this gin is aged for a short period in ex-Burgundy casks to create a "New Western Style Gin".

Nose
Christmas-y spice and juicy orange, with a backbone of savoury herbs and vanilla.
Palate
Floral at first with citrus blossom and angelica. A hearty kick of fresh ginger root on the mid-palate.
Finish
Oily juniper and a touch of cask spices.
