The Eccentric Gin Co.'s Limbeck Gin features a botanical selection of blue ginger, Seville orange, tarragon, orris, and more, and is allowed to mature in casks that previously held French Burgundy wine. The result is wonderfully herbaceous, but with a good helping of red fruit influence for balance.
Vanilla pod, ginger heat, a good whack of oily juniper, red grapes and dried fruit, orange oil.
