Dr Eamers' Black Gin is created to celebrate the brand's West Midlands home, in the heart of the Black Country. A tasty tipple indeed, and the liquid really does pour black, thanks to a double dose of juniper and butterfly pea flower. This also means that once you add a splash of tonic, the gin will change colour, from black to a red-pink hue.
Crisp fresh and dried juniper, a touch of rosemary and earthy herbs cross with sweet, floral wafts of violet, zingy citrus, warming spice, and a long, drying finish.
