A dry gin from Dr Eamers' Emporium, which is sporting a rather sleeker look than the rest of the bottlings. It's copper pot distilled (the still is called Doris, by the way) with nine botanicals, including lemon thyme and Tellicherry pepper, a type of peppercorn which must be more than 4.25mm to be termed Tellicherry - and with bigger size comes less heat but more fragrant notes. Now you'll be suitably armed to talk peppercorns at your next dinner party.
Intriguing citrus notes from the Tellicherry, with a warming undertone, earthy juniper and fragrant lemon thyme.

We had this for the first time as an early release from a Gin festival and it is one of our favourite Gins out there.
