A dry gin from Dr Eamers' Emporium, which is sporting a rather sleeker look than the rest of the bottlings. It's copper pot distilled (the still is called Doris, by the way) with nine botanicals, including lemon thyme and Tellicherry pepper, a type of peppercorn which must be more than 4.25mm to be termed Tellicherry - and with bigger size comes less heat but more fragrant notes. Now you'll be suitably armed to talk peppercorns at your next dinner party.
Intriguing citrus notes from the Tellicherry, with a warming undertone, earthy juniper and fragrant lemon thyme.

Refreshing and a lovely citrus Dry Gin. Very easy drinking and super smooth.
My son bought me this Gin for Christmas and I love it, it is so smooth it could easily be taken neat but is amazing with aromatic tonic and a wedge of lime.
This has only been in my collection for a couple of months but has quickly become my go to Gin.
Have a huge collection of Gin and this one will definitely be staying. Wonderfully balanced Gin and makes a fantastic G&T.
I was initially intrigued by the bottle and price and the Gin itself does not disappoint. Really smooth and could easily be enjoyed neat. I have with Indian Tonic and it's great, will be buying again.
