Distiloire 1924 Gin
London Dry gin from Distiloire, made in France with a selection of eight botanicals, including juniper and coriander, as well as biodynamically cultivated chamomile and angelica from the Loire Valley. The name of this one comes from the birth of the still which is used to create it – it was built all the way back in 1924! Many happy returns to that trusty bit of kit.
