A marvellous gin from Distillerie Sugaar, featuring some ingredients from its home in Basque Country. The botanicals are macerated separately and distilled together, allowing for a finely-tuned flavour profile. This expression sits more on the citrusy side of things, with orange and lemon peels featuring in the botanicals selection, alongside spicy hints of coriander, cardamom, black pepper, lemongrass, and juniper.

Fragrant juniper and lemongrass give it a herbaceous brightness as it opens up, followed by a rush of lemon zest, then distinctive cardamom heat on the finish.
