From Distillerie du St. Laurent in Rimouski, Canada, comes St. Laurent Gin! Made by a delightful team of distillers (and their dog, Dr. Darwin, Ph.D.), this tipple features a selection of 10 carefully chosen botanicals, including juniper, cassia, angelica, coriander, lemon, orange, liquorice root, cubeb, Grains of Paradise and locally harvested Laminaria Longicruris. That last one might be unfamiliar to you, so here's the low-down - it's a species of kelp!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Soft citrus, cake-y vanilla, a whiff of sea breeze and lemongrass. Peppery on the finish.

Great gin for cocktails if yo need some seaweed taste. I can't recommend it for other uses: on its own or with tonic it's simply not enjoyable...
