Winner of 1 awardTerres de Mistral Gin was born from three friends' love of all things Provence. Produced at a family-run distillery in Forcalquiers, they used their wine knowledge to create a beautiful rosy gin. The handcrafted gin is distilled from wine made with Provençal grapes and is then infused with 12 herbs and botanicals. A wonderfully dry pink gin, and the ornate label doesn't go amiss either.

Beautiful delicate flavours definitely worth just dropping a couple of torn basil leaves into it
I cannot bring myself to put tonic into this. It is the smoothest most delicious drink in all the world ever. It starts with a slight liquorice and definite Rosemary. More delicate flowers gently surge in. The heat in it is very gentle but makes your whole body glow. There is surely juniper in there and something very reminiscent of Provence. Cade maybe?
Quite the palest and prettiest pink crafted gin ever. Distinct overtones of rosemary - delightful.
Beautiful, smooth taste. It doesn't have that flowery taste a traditional gin does. Goes very well with a decent tonic and a chunk of grapefruit or lime.
It may be pink or should I say blush, however has a nice dry finish a somewhat different experience from some of the sweet artificial tasting pink guns out there. Certainly a great recommendation for this summer, this is the real deal.
