The folks over at Didsbury Gin in Manchester have created this rather summery expression, Strawberry & Sicilian Lemon! It boasts the same 11 botanical base as the citrus-forward original Didsbury Gin, though has the added infusion of fresh strawberries and Sicilian lemon, with the sweet berry balancing some of that tangy citrus. This is certainly a great candidate for a Gin Fizz.
Fresh tangy citrus alongside sweeter citrus peel, with refreshing juicy strawberry and a touch of peppery juniper.
