Del Professore Crocodile Bottling Note

The third bottling from the Gin del Professore range, which seeks to reinvigorate lost styles of spirits production. Crocodile Gin represents the sweet Old Tom style of gin that was popular in the 19th century, and lists coriander, elderflower, Jamaican pepper and citrus that has been infused in unfermented grape juice among its core botanicals.

A taste that lingers on...
A good Italian Gin with a zesty taste.
At first you tast Juniper... But then from the left and right you taste a sweet and bitter mix of liquorice. It works for me.
