Description

Made using juniper sourced from a juniper bush that's over 200 years old, the 2022 release of Crossbill's Special Edition Dry Gin also incorporates rosehip for some soft, floral sweetness. Some very special drinks to be had with this.

Overall

Oily pine resin and earthy black pepper, with whispers of fruity sweetness and wafts of subtle florals.
