From the husband and wife team behind the Cross Stream Distillery in Marlow comes Journey Gin, named as such because it embodies the courage to head off on a new path (like starting a distillery, for example...). It features pink peppercorn, Makrut lime leaf and a selection of spicy botanicals alongside the vital core of juniper. Serve with a good wedge of lemon, tonic and plenty of ice.
