Copper Rivet Dockyard Gin

From the fantastic Copper Rivet distillery in Chatham comes Dockyard Gin! Made entirely at their distillery (using a specially designed copper still, we might add), Dockyard Gin is their crack at making a traditional naval gin with a modern mindset. Upon their own neutral grain spirit the Copper Rivet chaps impart notes of juniper, elderflower, coriander, orange peel, lemon peel, green cardamom, grains of paradise, angelica root and orris root.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Cardamom and lemon arrive first, with juniper following shortly.

Palate Coriander spiciness balanced by citrus zest and earthy vanilla.

Finish Enjoyably floral with violet and lavender.

Reviews for Copper Rivet Dockyard Gin
Smooth & pleasant gin
Not sure where the earlier reviewer got tequila from ..... I found this to be a smooth and drinkable gin. Had it as a G&T with a light tonic.

Tastes like Tequila
When I first had this it was smooth and the pink grapefruit garnish complimented the aromatics. I have had it since and it just tastes like tequila. Quite disappointed.

Fresh and stylish
A smooth fresh gin from newcomers Copper Rivet in Chatham, Kent. Good bouquet and a nice finish. This is a gin to look out for as, being new, distribution is still growing but is sure to gain popularity due to its freshness and pleasant nature. Pairs well with Fever Tree tonic. If you visit Chatham a trip to the distillery is a must.
