This is the Conker Spirit Port Barrel Gin, which has enjoyed a good slumber in Port barrels, imparting powerful fruit and warming oak spices to the incredible gin's flavour profile. Suitable as a twist on your traditional after-dinner tipple, and should make some rather intriguing cocktails too...
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Raspberry and orange, with prickles of toasty juniper underneath. A waft of sea breeze floats through.
Palate
Strawberry laces, angelica, spearmint, Curaçao orange, very slightly earthy.
Finish
The Port cask sweetness lasts for a good long while on the finish.
