Clouded Leopard is a gin that's been created solely to help prevent the extinction of the clouded leopard. They truly are stunning, and look like a gigantic, majestic and slightly terrifying tabby cat. The brand was created by Will Phillips, with at least £1 from each bottle donated to the Born Free Foundation, who help protect the endangered big cat. Distilled in Bristol, the star botanicals here are mango, peppercorn and lemon zest, sourced from the home of the clouded leopard, Southern Asia. A tasty gin for an equally fabulous cause. Garnish with a slice of fresh mango if you happen to have one to hand (or paw).
