An Old Tom (a tradional, slightly sweetened style of gin) from the City of London distillery in the heart of the City of London in London! Made in batches of just 200 bottles and packaged in their St Paul's Cathedral-inspired bottles, this is an ace gin inside and out.

Nose
Juniper, zesty citrus and more syrupy fruit.
Palate
Warming spice, sweet cinnamon and baked lemon slices.
Finish
More delightful citrus and juniper.
Overall
Delicately sweetened gin, perfect in cocktails such as the Martinez, but also a G&T.
