With the assistance of their beloved still named Penelope, the folks at Cheshire Distillery have come up with this delicately fruity pink gin! Combining sweet notes of raspberry and blueberry with a core of botanicals including coriander, angelica, citrus, and cubeb, it'll stand up splendidly in a G&T, and ought to work rather well in summery Spritzes too.
