The Brixham Gin family teamed up with the fine folks at Wild Weather Brewery for this beer inspired creation! This hopped IPA gin includes citra hops, juniper, and bergamot, for plenty of hoppy, zesty character, similar to the profile of an IPA beer, but in gin form! Ideal with a nice pink grapefruit, or Mediterranean tonic.
Zesty lemon peels and squeezed rinds, green tangy hops with a herbal sweetness, peppery juniper with wafts of clove and cardamom.
