Bone Idyll Barrel-Aged Gin
A characterful gin from Bone Idyll, this expression was treated to a three-month stay in a whisky barrel before being bottled up! The cask has imparted a smoother texture to the spirit, along with enjoyable hints of oak and malt. We can imagine this working rather well in Negronis and other spirit-forward cocktails.

Bold and warming with a solid core of juniper, softened by subtle hints of vanilla and caramel. A touch of orange oil and woody malt lingers on the finish.
