A vibrant variation on the Boë Gin recipe, which has been infused with violets! Surely an excellent tipple for the summer months, this will go well in a classic G&T and likely make some dynamically colourful cocktails too...
Hugely floral, with classic citrus-forward notes cutting through cleanly.
I find it just slightly too sweet for my liking. I prefer the zymogorium personally but both are pleasurable drinks with prosecco

Lovely subtle violet taste. Much better and more refined than the Zymurgorium parma violet gin (which is actually a liqueur not a gin).
Amazing gin I found it better than Parma violet gin , which is very good but far too sweet for me . Both excellent gins .
Sorry doesn't taste of gin, more like an alcopop.
