A vibrant variation on the Boë Gin recipe, which has been infused with violets! Surely an excellent tipple for the summer months, this will go well in a classic G&T and likely make some dynamically colourful cocktails too...
Hugely floral, with classic citrus-forward notes cutting through cleanly.
Now I like a gin and tonic but this blew it out the water- what a lovely drink! When I ran out of tonic and tried it with cola- that was good too. What a delicious birthday treat it was.

If you've ever wanted to make an Aviation but don't want to splash out on an entire bottle of creme de violette, this is the gin for you. It's very violetty in taste and colour, and also pretty sweet. I liked it, but I didn't love it, and I can see why others hated it.
I don’t really like gin, but Boe violet gin has to b one of if not the best (spirit) drinks I have ever had the pleasure to taste and enjoy. I personally will b buying this gin as and when I can get it from local gin shop as it always seems to run out of stock. !!!!!!!!
a much nicer violet gin on the market, not as sweet as the parma drink and a gin not liqueur
