Nice gin. Fruity and refreshing. Lovely with star anaise and cinnamon stick - very Christmassy
There's an almost 'acidic' attack to this on first nosing, that is simply irresistible. The palate is a wonderful balance of the promised citrus from the nose, but with a healthy does of herbal (fresh herbal) character that delivers a hugely lengthy finish. All the while underpinned by Juniper. Just superb.
