A tasty and somewhat savoury British gin, BH1 is crafted using a combination of 13 botanicals, including juniper, orange, pink grapefruit, angelica, coriander, clove, cinnamon, star anise, almond, nigella seed, green cardamom and chamomile. It was created by bartenders Przemek Seczkowski and Lewis Spendlove, with the name coming from where the recipe took shape - Bournemouth.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Enjoyably sharp citrus, tempered by floral cardamom and chamomile. Sweetness of almond and anise sticks around on the finish, with a flourish of juniper spiciness.
